With the leaves changin’ colors and the crisp mountain air nippin’ at your nose, there’s no better time to saddle up and explore Show Low, Arizona. I’ve rustled up my top 10 things to see and do in this White Mountain jewel during September and October. Grab your boots, and let’s hit the trail!

Fall Leaf Peeping at the White Mountains

Every autumn, the White Mountains put on a show of golds, oranges, and fiery reds. For the best vantage points, mosey on over to the Mogollon Rim, just a short ride from Show Low, or head further up the mountain towards Greer to see the Aspens turn to gold!  Best times to see this range between mid September and late October.

Show Low Bluff Trail

This trail offers a gentle 1.5-mile round trip with views overlooking Show Low. The autumn hues here are nothing short of spectacular. Trailhead’s located off W McNeil. Don’t forget your camera, partner!
