Fly through the trees on the Apache High Flyer, Arizona’s longest and fastest zip line!

The Apache High Flyer is two tandem zip lines that fly across the base area of Sunrise Mountain. Ride side-by-side with a friend or family member as you reach speeds over 50 mph on these 2300′ zip lines. The zip line course is available for visitors between 70-230 lbs.

The Apache High Flyer is available on its own or is included as the last stop in the zip line course.

Air Bag Jump

Explore your inner stunt double and take the leap from over 40 feet above the ground with nothing between you and the airbag but fresh air! The Sunrise Airbag Jump is a unique experience, being the only high-jump airbag fall in Arizona. Experience the rush of free-falling from 18′, 32′, and 40′ off the ground!

Tubing Hill

Take a ride uphill on our “Magic Carpet,” up 50 vertical feet to the top. From there, hop on one of two side-by-side tracks and race a friend down the Bunny Hill slope on a tube at a total distance of around 300 feet! The tubing hill is for ages 4 and up.

Climbing Wall

Conquer the 42 foot rock climbing wall with two sides and two different difficulties. On both sides you are secured with a full harness connected to one of our two auto-belays.

3-D Archery

Seasonal Course: This 15 target course winds up the hills behind Fred’s house to the East of the Sunrise base area. Challenge yourself with various target animals, various distances, and various terrain.

Extreme Courses: These two 10 target courses work their way through the steep terrain at the top of Sunrise Mountain with long distances and challenging shots for the most skilled archers to attempt.

Disc Golf

This 18-hole course starts at 9,940′ above sea level, near Midway Café, and winds down the slopes to end on the Pinedale trail near the base. Since the course is lift-accessed, a Scenic Lift pass or Summer Adventure Pass is required for access. Disc rentals are available at the base and are included with ticket purchase.
