35 to 40 BBQ Pitmasters gather Labor Day weekend to compete for Grand Champion of the Springerville Rib Throughdown.

Event sponsored by “Better World Barbeque Charities” was created to raise money to help smaller charities in the southern Apache County area.

The three-day event includes food sampling and drinks, an opportunity to learn from the pitmasters, a great way to celebrate the weekend!

Event Schedule:

Sept 3rd – Thursday evening from 6:pm until sold out–Tri Tip, Shredded Chicken or Pulled Pork with choice of 2 sides for $15.

Sept 4th – Friday evening from 6:pm until sold out–Dessert and Appetizer sampling for $2 ticket per sample.

Sept 5th – Saturday at noon–Smoked BBQ Rib sampling for $2 ticket per sample
